PAYMENT PLAN ASSISTANCE
How do I know if I need to sign up for a payment plan?
If you are not paying your tuition and fees in full, or if your financial aid does not cover your
charges in full, you must set up a payment plan prior to the next deadline date to avoid being
dropped from your classes.
To check your balance, login to Online Bill Pay, click on Recent Account Activity, or View Account
Activity, then choose the term in View Transactions by Term. Estimated aid is listed and followed
by current activity which includes all charges and payments. The estimated aid less the balance
of current activity is your outstanding balance that requires a payment plan if you are not
paying your balance in full.
How do I sign up for a payment plan?
Login to Online Bill Pay, click the Payment Plans tab and choose Sign Up For A New Payment Plan.
The available payment plans for the term in question will be listed. Choose one of the plans
listed and proceed through the menus to set up your plan. Please note that the plan fee is due
at sign up.
If I need a payment plan, am I required to make my payments online?
No. Online payment is convenient and secure, but you are not required to do so. If you would
prefer to pay by other methods, please see the Cashier's Office on the second floor of the Student/Conference center.
